For 16 years, Integrative Nutrition has been at the forefront of holistic nutrition education, offering comprehensive, cutting-edge training in health counseling.

In 2008, we graduated over 1,200 students from our Professional Training Program, making us the largest nutrition school in the world. We are the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods.

We offer in-person lectures with the world's leaders in health and wellness, including Andrew Weil, MD, Deepak Chopra, Walter Willet, MD, Debbie Ford, Barry Sears, PhD and many more.

Upon completion of the 10-weekend program, you will earn a certificate in Health Counseling and accreditation with the American Association for Drugless Practitioners.

Purchase College of the State University of New York (SUNY) is part of the nation's largest and most comprehensive state university system. The school is recognized regionally, nationally and internationally as an innovative leader in conservatory arts education and the liberal arts and sciences. Due to its legacy of offering conservatory programs that combine experiential learning with theory and its strength in educating students in science, SUNY is uniquely qualified to partner with us. In addition to our own certification, this partnership allows students to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and a certificate from SUNY.

Curriculum

Our curriculum is designed to educate and inspire you to live your best life and to work with others to live their best lives, too. No other school teaches all the major dietary theories and helps you understand the pros and cons of them all. We train you to understand intuitive eating and how to discover what foods best support your body.

Integrative Nutrition trains students to become Health Counselors and work with clients in a 6-month program. Classes are held in New York City over 10 class weekends, and your education is supplemented through online and tele-classes.

Our curriculum is designed to give you a wide variety of skills in business, counseling, nutrition, eating habits and lifestyle choices.
