Healing Touch Schools and Careers Guide
What is Healing Touch?
Healing touch is an energy-based, hands-on technique done to balance and align the human energy field. The technique is approved by the American Holistic Nurses Association. A very gentle technique, it is often used with those patients who cannot tolerate more direct physical contact.
How is Healing Touch practiced?
In a session, the Healing Touch Practitioner moves their hands lightly over the client's body to re-align the energy flow and eliminate blockages.Clients are empowered and encouraged to participate fully in their self-healing journey.
What Healing Touch degrees or certificates are available?
Certification is available. Some courses fulfill continuing education requirements for nurses.
